Born in Catania from a family of restaurateurs, Dalila immediately distinguished herself for her culinary skills, becoming Chef of the Vineria Modì restaurant in the heart of Taormina.
Among the most important experiences, Dalila has achieved two extremely influential apprenticeships in her young history as a Chef. Working for starred restaurants (3 Michelin stars) in the kitchens of Enrico Crippa and Josè Amador. Enrico Crippa e Josè Amador.
