VINERIA MODì is a journey into sicilian modern food. Ettore & India, owners and managers, have been working for many years with passion and love. taking care of each detail, leaving nothing to chance and serving delicious recipes. Ettore's passion for wine has lead him to a wine cellar that has more than 1000 labels now days. 

CHEF DALIA GRILLO


At the helm of the kitchen of Vineria Modì is chef Dalila Grillo, born in 1994 who has been unconditionally dedicated to its growth for 7 years with professionalism and passion. Once he has finished his hotel studies, he begins step by step to enter the world of work, with the good fortune of visiting several restaurants such as the three-starred "Amador" of chef Juan Amador in Vienna and the three-starred "Piazza Duomo" in Alba with the chef Enrico Crippa. These experiences have helped to broaden her knowledge in the culinary field, allowing her to introduce new high-level techniques and raw materials into her cuisine.
